Refund policy – Atticus Wines

Refund policy

If wine is received faulty or damaged upon delivery we will replace the product or provide a full refund. 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please notify Atticus Wines with the request and the reasons within seventy-two (72) hours of your receipt of the shipment. Opened bottles won't be accepted. 

If you have simply changed your mind please contact us. Exchanges are possible at Atticus Wines discretion.  Shipping and Risk is at the expense of the returning party. Returns may not be approved after 30 days of purchase.
