Nose: Complex notes of ripe fruit entwine with the more savoury black olive, and cedar characters.

Palate: The velvety palate is elegant, well structured and medium-bodied with blackcurrant, mulberry and cassis seamlessly woven with French oak and supple tannins that linger on the finish.

Tasting Notes: Cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc & petit verdot. An unambiguously classy wine, its quality established by the first whiff, and confirmed by the super– elegant, medium – bodied palate. All the cabernet cassis/blackcurrant you could wish for floats along the mouth with the other members of the Bordeaux family in respectful support. Lovely wine.

2018

Tasting Notes: All of the bordeaux varieties in this blend, this creates layers of complexity and multiple spectrums of Black and red berries, Cassis and some black cherry. The tannins are smooth and very approachable with the length being long and concise, oak playing a subtle role creating balanced structure.
