Elegance and finesse are immediately evident on the lingering palate, with nectarine and white peach running alongside nutty creamy notes. Tasting notes: Hand Picked Gin Gin clone, the balance of fruit, oak, acidity is so immaculate it is a pointless exercise to try to deconstruct their contributions. However the white peach and pink grapefruit flavours are as clear as a bell on the back – palate and aftertaste, the finish fresh and clean. Masterful winemaking.

Tasting notes: Very small quantities of this wine made unfortunately. The wine is tight and intense which will ensure it ages well, some citrus to compliment the stone fruit and fine oak. Finishing with beautiful length and natural acid.
