Tasting notes: A high yielding vintage meant a lot of fruit reduction during the season to ensure high quality fruit. Once again our Chardonnay certainly delivers with tight acidity and intense flavours. Some yeasty lees character are obvious on the palate with stone fruits and minerality creating complexity. The depth of flavours bring complexity and length to a very appealing wine.

Tasting notes: Pale straw with a subtle green tinge. Nose is lifted and floral with attractive nettle and grassy notes. The palate is crisp and lively with a lovely fine persistent acidity forming the backbone of the wine; the semillon is identified with intense lime lemon and grassy flavours and a touch of lanolin, and tropical fruits from the sauvignon blanc . The intense flavours and balanced acidity highlight a lovely textural experience on the finish.

The palate is rich soft generous and persistent with flavours of limes, lemon and a touch of lanolin. Flavours linger on the palate and the textural qualities serving to enhance the palate experience.

Lively and generous, with some tropical fruits and lychee flavours which persist in the mid palate, and finish with a subtle lanolin.

Tasting notes: Machine harvested at night, crushed and de-stemmed, pressed to French oak (25% new, the balance with staves) for 14 months. Beautiful deep rich red colour which is an indication of the depth of fruit flavour in this wine. Typical regional characters of cedar, bramble and char on the nose with a long finish on the palate, wrapped up with fine grained tannins.

Tasting notes: Machine harvested at night, crushed and de-stemmed, pressed to French oak (25% new and the balance in staves) for 12 months. This is classic cooler climate Shiraz with beautiful perfumes on the nose and lovely fleshy fruit flavours on the palate, the tannins are soft and generous combining to give the wine a well structured  finish.

Lots of tropical fruit coming through on the wine predominantly sauvignon Blanc with a small amount of semillon giving the wine structure and complexity. A lovely refreshing drink now style.

Tasting notes: Pale straw, with golden hue. The wine is bright lifted and lively showing limes, delicate tropical fruit, gooseberry and spice with a touch of lychee. This is a very fresh and lively style of sauvignon blanc, that displays tropical fruits with a touch of struck match and grassy notes. There is a generous mid palate sweetness that finishes with a lovely fine lingering acidity, so characteristic of sauvignon blanc from southern Margaret River.

Tasting notes: Bright & vibrantly rich in colour with a lovely perfume and hints of wild raspberries dusted with icing sugar and cloves on the nose. This is a drier style of Rose with a full and vibrant palate showcasing powerful summer fruit flavours with enough acidity to enable it to be matched with a variety of dishes.
